The Mac Lawyer Brings Us iPad TIps for Lawyers

Ipad_pleading
My iPad2 should be a arriving in a few weeks, assuming it doesn't fall victim to production backlogs, Somali pirates, or earthquake/tsunami related delays. In the meantime I've been doing some solid Lawyer/iPad bonding and in the process I found this great information at The Mac Lawyer (hat tip). In addition to programs like TrialPad, which I wrote about here, take a look at these productivity-enhancing iPad applications:

  • iAnnotate Color coded comments, highlights and bookmarks. Import from sources likeDropbox.
  • Penultimate Notetaking app.
  • uPad Take notes with zoom. Annotate and export PDF files.
  • Dragon Dictation It's, you know, Dragon. On the iPad.
  • iTeleport Secure screen sharing to a PC or Mac.
  • Shareboard Up to 4 users can collaborate in real-time. Projector-friendly for presentations.
  • Air Sketch iPad functions like a whiteboard; allows annotation and mark-up of PDFs etc.
  • Browsing Pad Creates a side scrren for notes that can be exported to Evernote.
  • Readdle Docs Import, view, and work with documents on your iPad.
